We at Surrey LIP believe in understanding the needs, challenges, and opportunities for newcomers in our local community is key to supporting the successful settlement and integration of newcomers in Surrey.  To achieve this, we conduct research in different forms including surveys and environmental scans. Our goal is to gather insights that help organizations and service providers to deliver culturally appropriate and responsive services.  We are grateful to community organizations and newcomers for engaging in these research and knowledge sharing initiatives.
