Immigrant Advisory Round Table

The Immigrant Advisory Table (IAT) is a diverse and inclusive volunteer table with members representing a diversity of backgrounds, ages, cultures, languages, genders, education and stages of settlement.

The Surrey Local Immigration Partnership (LIP) is looking for immigrants and newcomers interested in joining the IAT. If you are looking for ways to engage in building a welcoming and inclusive community, this opportunity is for you.

Eligibility:

• Immigrants or newcomers residing, studying or working in Surrey
• Have experience, knowledge and abilities related to immigration, community development and civic engagement
• Be open to learning, interacting and collaborating
• Can commit to monthly meetings and working group engagements
