Community Needs Assessment Survey

The Surrey Local Immigration Partnership (LIP) Needs Assessment and Strategy Community Engagement Plan utilizes a multi-pronged approach, targeting different audiences through different engagement activities. We understand that the settlement needs and services for newcomers are broad, and experiences unique, and we aim to understand the perspectives, needs, and aspirations of those involved in the settlement service sector in Surrey.

Objectives of Community Engagement

• To conduct a needs assessment of newcomers to Surrey; and
• To understand settlement service infrastructure needs, gaps and barriers, especially as they relate to capacity and demand.
