International Student Program – Introduction to Weightlifting!

Empowering Newcomers Ages 19+

The focus of this program is to introduce students to local recreation programs. The Intro to Weightlifting course covers an introduction to weightlifting, weight room etiquette, and helpful tips for body weight exercises you can try at home. There will be a 1-hour class & 1-hour free time in the fitness centre.
