Caring for Our Elders: Navigating Services for Newcomer Seniors

Join the Tri-Cities Local Immigration Partnership for a discussion focused on the specific needs of newcomer seniors and the services available to support them. During this panel, community speakers will address the unique challenges faced by newcomer seniors, sharing resources and insights on community engagement, social support, food security, and personal development.

The discussion will also highlight the importance of inclusive practices to ensure all seniors, including 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals aged 55 and older, feel supported and welcome.

Following the panel, we will open the floor for an interactive discussion, offering space for questions and exploring practical approaches and future actions.
