Request for Proposal for a Newcomers Needs Assessment and Community Environment Scan Content Development Consultant funded by Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)

DIVERSEcity, on behalf of the Surrey Local Immigration Partnership (LIP), is seeking a qualified Newcomers Needs Assessment and Community Environment Scan Content Development Consultant to determine the current needs of newcomers and raise awareness of those needs with Surrey LIP members, other partners and stakeholders, and the wider community to fill those gaps.
